365-Day Return Policy

Master Cast Fishery wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.

Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Master Cast Fishery store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365-days from the original invoice date or that are unable to be returned to stock may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Master Cast Fishery. Used baits and tackle are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Master Cast Fishery.

Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer. Drop Ship and Oversized Items are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Instructions for Domestic Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.

Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once it arrives back to Master Cast Fishery.

If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipping back to you free of charge via UPS Ground or GLS unless otherwise specified.

Instructions for International Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Master Cast Fishery will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Return Form instead of the form found on the back of the invoice.
